Diary Design & Wedding D & D @ P.S Cafe

Actually not many know that besides doing Freelance Make Up, i am also helping a friend in Wedding Planning and Coordination... am doing this freelance too. Last nite, we had our 'Company' D & D at P.S Cafe in Orchard. Very high class place and the food is yummy!

The ambience is nice... and whats interesting is that the waitress IC of serving us is an Ang Mo... interesting yea...

I am not someone who is into Western food (PS Cafe serves Western food), so i chose something 'safe' to eat.. Breaded Chicken in a basket. If you look at the picture below, its num (2). It looks simple and nothing yummy abt it... well at least thats wat i thot la... BUT.... it comes with 2 sauces (Cheese and some Asian sauce)... and if you go with the Cheese, its yummy-licious!! I dont really like cheese acty, but last nite, i finished the whole cup of cheese! it just taste delicious with the breaded chicken! Acty, the breaded chic alone is alrdy yummy! woah!


I also ordered their mushroom soup (num 1). Its thick but not salty enuff... still yummy lah.. :)
Our dessert were Triple Chocolate Blackout (3) and Coffee Eclair. (3) is very yummy too! Didnt quite like the Coffee Eclair even tho would say its also nice.. hahaha.. dont quite like coffee ma.. :)

So the rating for P.S Cafe at Palais Ressanience (not sure if this is the correct spelling) at level 2:

Food : 8.5 out of 10
Deco & Ambience : 8 out of 10
Price : 7 out of 10
Service : 7.5 out of 10
Overall : 8 out of 10

I forgot to say that the prices for the food (main course) range between $20 plus to $60, depending on what you order. Soup is abt $15 (pretty big bowl), dessert should be abt $10 - $15 (if i didnt rem wrongly). They got sides also, but we didnt order cos the portion of the main course is pretty big.. you will surely feel full towards the end.. :)

Anw, since its our D & D, Lily is also in the mdist of updating our webby, we got into a short photo session after the dinner. We took a few nice ones... at least the poses were cool and class... hahah.. but i am posting only 1 here (btw this is not the best hor.. hee...)..

Michela - Fallen Sick

This picture shows a seemingly healthy Michela taking her nap... but the truth is that she was having a high fever when this snapshot was taken. Last nite, she suddenly was running a pretty high fever... Even tho we gave medicine alrdy, but it doesnt seem to work. So we decide to rush her to KKH. At 330am, we took a cab down to the hospital. It was raining cats n dogs at that very moment. Very d r a m a..... lol.

Reached hospital, took blood test and X Ray and they showed that her white blood cells are on the higher end (which shouldnt be for a normal human being) and there are phelgm in her lungs. Doctor said it is Chest Infection (a cold or flu that has gone a little wrong, and serious). Gave her quite a lot of medications (with 2 stronger anti-biotics) and we need to observe her for 3 days. If fever still high, most likely need to admit hospital.

SIGH... gotta really pray, pray and pray... that her fever will totally subside within these 2 days manz... If not, she will have to spend her CNY in hospital. :(

Help me pray pls...

Btw, i didnt sleep a wink thru the nite while MK slept a few hours here and there... I couldnt get to zzz... was pretty worried for Michela.. even after we got home from hospital.. i was still checking on her fever... Now, i am having that insufficient sleep hangover! Gotta go zzzz sooon!


Before i go, just wanna say that yesterday, during my work, saw this lovely word block and decide to take a picture of one of the most amazing words on earth : L O V E.

The bible says that "Love covers a multitude of sins." This is soooo true. Becos of love, God sent His Son. Becos of love, parents sacrifice for their children. Becos of love, people are willing to die for each other. I want to love my family more each day. Love my frens, love my ministry, love my life and love myself! More importantly, I wanna love God more and more every single day. :)

Photo Apps!

I think i didnt regret getting iphone. Installed quite a number of photo apps (of cos i DL free ones lah wahaha) and have been playing ard with them... very fun!

I installed a total of 6 photo apps! I think thats quite a lot for a hp wor... :)


I did up my Ayumi pictures collection using "Pic Collage" and totally love it! :)

Next up is the "Multi Lens" app. You can choose whether you want Vertical or Horizontal (like the one below) as well as how many photos to put in (thnk the max is 6 photos). If you find this one familiar... heheh... yea... its my recent new blog head photo! :) NICE?? :p

Did 1 more using the same functions.. NICE?? :p

Okie, the following 2 were done up using "Pic Collage" also...

And you get to choose your preferred background... Can also insert text as well as sticker in! FUN HOR??

I am really loving it because it just look so Pro and simple to use. :)

Yesterday was considered a 'day-off'' for me. Gotten permission from hubby to buy CNY clothes and he sponsor *GRIN*... So went to Bugis Village and bought a few apparels. Was happy & satisfied but yet tired.

Anw, i still have my MAC make up voucher given by Serene for 2011 bday and it was going to expire on 14 Jan 2012, so specially make a trip down to Taka MAC Store to see if there is anything that i can get there using the voucher. Went in and started looking at their eyeshadow collection. Low and behold, this colour caught my eye...

Its call Shale Satin. Totally love the colour! So without much hesitation, i bought it! Soooo gonna use it soon! :)

After that i wanted to make a trip down to Far East from Wisma... so passed by my favourite brand at Taka... took a snapshot using Instagram effects (i told you i like these effects liaoz! hahah) and here... my new 'love' :)

Anw, i heard that my GST dropped price? slightly less than $4k... *tempted*...


Just few days ago, Monday was Renjie and Isabel's wedding dinner. So took a photo of me and my make up before heading out for the dinner.. here..

I love this make up! and the earrings and the dress too! oh, and my hair! :)

Gonna stop here for nw... have been down with sore throat and bad flu since last Sat. Michela also.. she is well now but i am still in the midst of recovering... pray for me pls...
